In order to be able to apply for a job ad, you need to establish an account with us and create your E-Resume. Once you sign in, you can browse the job ads and just click the "Submit My E-Resume" button at the bottom of the view job posting page. You can also add a separate cover letter if you wish to do so. The website then sends your resume to the potential employer.

How long does my resume stay active?

Your resume is permanently stored in our database and available to you at any time. In addition, only you and the employers you have applied to are able to view it.

Are there any potential challenges in cutting and pasting my resume into the site?

Yes. The resume HTML text box sometimes has trouble processing Microsoft Word formatted documents especially those with embedded tables and other special formatting. If you experience any problems, we suggest you type or convert your resume into plain text format and then cut and paste it into the resume box. Then, use the tools available within the HTML resume text box to do any special formatting.

Will my current employer be able to see my E-Resume?

We request that employers identify the company in their ads. This means that you will know which employers advertise which jobs. The exception are "blind" job ads which to do not identify the employer. Your current employer will see your E-Resume only if you submit it to an ad placed by your employer.

Your personal contact information is on your E-Resume. Employers will contact you via standard communication channels. We cannot take responsibility for employers contacting you, nor can we encourage them to get in touch with you. We are not a recruitment agency.
